where every ride feels like coming home.

At Park, we’re more than a spin studio, we’re a movement built on connection, grit, and community. At the heart of our studio is our signature 45-minute rhythm-fueled ride that blends music and motivation into a full-body experience. Every ride is a chance to challenge yourself, celebrate progress, and feel part of something bigger. No egos. No gimmicks. Just good energy, real effort and people showing up for themselves and each other. Because at Park, you don’t just ride you belong.

The heart of Park is our people. Our coaches, motivators, and dreamers bring the energy that fuels every ride and every moment in the studio. Each member of Park’s Pack is dedicated to creating an experience that’s equal parts sweat, rhythm, and connection where everyone feels seen, supported, and unstoppable.

What to Expect from Your First Ride?

No matter your experience or fitness level, every rhythm-based ride at Park is designed to be invigorating, challenging, and completely attainable. Your first ride might push you, but that’s where the magic happens.

Our coaches are here to guide, support, and help you discover something new every ride while reminding you that it’s always okay to take it at your own pace.

Arrive at least 15 minutes early so our team can help you clip in, set up your bike, and make sure you’re ready to ride. We’ll answer any questions and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

What should I bring?

All you need is something comfortable to sweat in and a water bottle we’ll take care of the rest. We provide complimentary cycling shoes, towels, and post-ride amenities, including showers. Don’t forget your socks!

Prefer your own shoes? We use Look Delta and SPD cleats.

How do I book my bike?

Booking your ride is easy through our online booking platform. You can reserve your spot on the Park Cycle website or in the Park Cycle app.

Once you’ve created an account, just choose your class, pick your bike, and you’re all set. We recommend booking early, our schedule opens 7 days in advance (10 days for VIPs) Bikes go fast, especially for peak class times!

Cancellation, Late Arrival, and No Show Policies

In order to cancel a Park class and avoid losing a credit, you must unreserve your class at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class. 8 Hours for our VIP members. You may cancel online through our website or App. If your class is canceled in time, the class will be returned to your account to be used at a future date. If you are a client with one of our unlimited packages and you “late cancel” or “no show” you will be charged $25. Late Cancellation and No Show fees are non-refundable.

If you are not checked-in 2 minutes prior to class, your bike will be released to a client on the waitlist and you will not be permitted to enter the class once it starts. We understand life gets crazy, but late arrivals not permitted to enter and/or no shows will result in a loss of credit.

What is the Waitlist Policy?

If a class is full, feel free to add yourself to the waitlist. If any spots open, clients are enrolled from the waitlist on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified if you are enrolled via email. The same cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies apply. If you need to remove yourself from the waitlist, please do so 12-hours prior to the scheduled class to avoid losing a credit. Credits will be returned to your account if you do not make it off the waitlist for a particular class.

Is there an Age or Height Requirement?
